First login to the AWS account using databaseuser and applicationuser respectively and Terminate provisioned product from the Provisioned products list. The number of products removed depend upon the number of products you launched for the testing. Please make sure you look resources in the same region where you launched them.
Next login to AWS account with your user account (not as databaseuser or applicationuser) which has administrative access. Clean-up the following resources.

Remove association of products - Product-S3, Product-SQS, Product-SNS, Product-DynamoDB and Product-Redshift from their respective porfolios.

Remove databaseuser and applicationuser users association from their respective portfolios.

Remove constrains for the products from the portfolios.

Delete the products - Product-S3, Product-SQS, Product-SNS, Product-DynamoDB and Product-Redshift.

Delete the portfolios - database-portfolio and app-service-portfolio.

Finally delete the users databaseuser and applicationuser and the role awsdojocatalogrole from the AWS IAM Console.
